The Frog Graham website gives full information on the Round including safety advice and environmental stipulations.
Successful Frog Graham contenders have gone on to create other challenge rounds including the Puddle Buckley and the formidable FrogMan.

Grisedale Tarn and Red Tarn
This route takes in Saint Sunday Crag, Fairfield and Hellvellyn as well as two high level tarns. Aside from The Frog Graham, it is the most challenging route in Swimhiking in the Lake District and North East England.
The Six Lochs of Glen Trool
The route covers the some of the wildest terrain in Galloway: the Rig of the Jarkness, Merrick and the Awful Hand. In between lie six beautiful lochs. It is the most challenging route in Swimhiking in Britain and Europe
